About
Health journalism that respects your intelligence.
Myrth was built out of frustration with health content that oversimplifies, misrepresents, or just gets the science wrong.
Every week, millions of people make decisions about their health based on articles that cherry-pick studies, ignore context, or are thinly veiled advertisements. We think you deserve better.
What we cover
We publish in two areas:
- Health — the science of sleep, nutrition, the microbiome, exercise, longevity, and how your body actually works.
- AI & Health — how machine learning is reshaping diagnostics, drug discovery, clinical decision-making, and personal health management.
Our standards
Every article on Myrth is referenced to peer-reviewed literature. We link to primary sources, not secondary coverage. When evidence is mixed or inconclusive, we say so. When something is genuinely uncertain, we don't pretend otherwise.
We do not accept sponsored content. We do not let advertisers influence editorial decisions. Our revenue comes from our reader community — people who value honest, rigorous health journalism enough to support it directly.
A note on medical advice
Myrth is a journalism and education publication, not a medical practice. Nothing on this site constitutes medical advice. Always work with a qualified healthcare provider for your specific situation.
